Member Jody Cannon is shown on his 1936 John Deere "B" unstyled, row crop, general purpose tractor as he loads it on his trailer.  This picture was taken at the Steam and Gas Engine Exhibition at Wiard's Orchard in Ypsilanti, Michigan.

Jody says--"I bought my tractor from a friend down in Ohio who was selling off his complete collection of B's.  I got it in 1998, and it was an old restoration, and I took it down to the frame and had it repainted, and my first big show I took it to was the New York Expo, in 1999, and have been there with it 2 times since."

"Back in 1994 or 1995 a friend (from Canton Power Equipment) had gotten a 1934 model B and I helped a little with the restoration and before I knew it I was hooked and had to get a green tractor."

Jody is a club Wayne County Director.  He also coordinates the club holiday donations to needy families in a multi-county area of SE Michigan.
